Do I need to enter a credit card to try the Free plan?
No. Our Free plan lets you try our core features at no cost, and no credit card is required.
If you want access to features not included in the Free plan, or need more credits after you run out, you can upgrade to a paid plan or purchase additional credits.
How do subscription and purchased credits work?
Your account can include two credit buckets: subscription-cycle credits and purchased add-on credits.
Monthly subscription: cycle credits are issued at each monthly renewal and reset at the next monthly renewal.
Annual subscription: cycle credits are issued at the start of your yearly cycle and remain valid until the next yearly renewal.
Usage order is fixed: we always consume active subscription-cycle credits first, then purchased add-on credits.
How long are purchased add-on credits valid?
Purchased add-on credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Add-on credits are only consumed after all active subscription-cycle credits are used.
Do subscription credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits are valid only within the current billing cycle: monthly plans reset every month, annual plans reset at yearly renewal.
How do I add or remove members?
Workspace administrators can add or remove members from the workspace settings.
- New members receive an invitation email and get instant access once they accept.
- Removed members lose access to workspace resources but keep their personal accounts and any personal creations.
We do not charge extra per seat.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Each renewal starts a new cycle and issues that cycle’s subscription credits.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the current cycle ends. Subscription-cycle credits expire with that cycle, while purchased add-on credits keep their 12-month validity.
Can I use my plan for API access?
Yes. API access is available for Pro users.
