By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when you use the Services.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access some features, you may need to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, username, billing details, or other account information.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- You may not impersonate another person or use an email address you do not control.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you authorized it.
- You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Privacy and Service Communications
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect and use account, usage, device, and billing information to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
You agree that we may send transactional messages related to your account, billing, renewals, service updates, legal notices, and support requests.
4. Service Scope, Product Descriptions, and Availability
skills.video provides AI-powered creative tooling, including video generation, image generation, editing, workspace features, API access, and related workflows.
- We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
- We try to describe the Services accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, previews, examples, or pricing displays are complete, current, or error-free.
- We may correct clerical, technical, or pricing errors and may refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability of the Services.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds
5.1 Payments
Some Services require payment. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless we state otherwise. Taxes, duties, or similar charges may apply depending on your location and will be charged as required by law.
5.2 Billing Providers
We may use third-party payment processors to complete purchases, subscriptions, and billing administration. By making a purchase, you authorize us to share necessary billing information with those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Subscriptions and Renewals
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle.
- Each renewal starts a new billing cycle and issues that cycle's subscription credits, if applicable.
- Monthly subscription credits reset at the next monthly renewal. Annual subscription credits remain valid until the next yearly renewal.
- Subscription credits do not roll over beyond the active billing cycle unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
- Purchased add-on credits, if offered, remain valid for up to 12 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- When both subscription credits and purchased add-on credits are available, we may apply usage in the order described on the pricing page or billing interface.
5.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase if the credits, subscription allocation, or other paid usage tied to that purchase have not been used. If complimentary or bonus usage granted as part of the purchase has been used, we may deduct the corresponding value from any refund.
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order or transaction if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, unauthorized payment activity, or a violation of these Terms.
For current plan details, visit our pricing page.

7. User Content, Inputs, and Outputs
You retain whatever ownership rights you already have in the content you upload to the Services ("Inputs"). Subject to applicable law and any third-party provider restrictions, you are also responsible for the outputs generated from your use of the Services ("Outputs").
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, display, and otherwise process your Inputs and Outputs only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them. AI-generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, unavailable, or infringing even when it appears usable.
8. Likeness Data, Consents, and Sensitive Materials
If you upload or generate content involving a real person's face, voice, likeness, identity, or other personal attributes, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the person depicted or you have obtained valid permission to use that material.
- Any required consent is explicit, legally sufficient, and documented where applicable.
- Your use does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, defamation law, copyright, trademark rights, or any other third-party rights.
We may request proof of authorization or consent. If you cannot provide adequate proof, we may remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account.

- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, spoofing, social engineering, or other deceptive conduct, including unauthorized deepfakes.
- Non-consensual explicit content, sexual exploitation, harassment, defamation, hate speech, stalking, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or discloses confidential or personal information without authorization.

- Political manipulation, voter suppression, demonstrably false election content, or other misinformation likely to cause real-world harm.

10. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the Services rely on third-party technologies, model providers, identity providers, hosting providers, analytics services, or payment processors. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to separate third-party terms, policies, or technical limits.
We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control, including downtime, output restrictions, data handling outside our control, or third-party policy changes.
11. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination
We may investigate violations of these Terms and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, refusing transactions, limiting features, suspending access, or terminating accounts.
- We may act immediately where we detect abnormal, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
- We may preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
- If your account is suspended or terminated for cause, you remain responsible for fees already incurred and for obligations that accrued before termination.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless skills.video, its operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your Inputs, Outputs, or other content you provide through the Services.

- Your misuse of a person's likeness, identity, voice, personal data, or confidential information.

14. Force Majeure, Severability, and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
