Welcome to skills.video! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your ("you" or "your") use of skills.video's platform (the "Service" or "Website"). By using the Service, you agree that these terms will become a legally binding agreement between you and us.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Train and improve our AI models (unless you opt out where available).
  • Promote the Service (e.g., in showcases or marketing, with your consent where required).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to grant the above license.

4. Content Restrictions and Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, generate, share, or use the Service to create any User Content that:

  • Is misleading, false, inaccurate, or intended to deceive (including political, financial, or fraudulent deepfakes).
  • Violates any laws or regulations.
  • Involves unauthorized use of any person's likeness, voice, or digital replica (including face-swapping, voice cloning, or deepfakes) without their explicit, informed consent (including for deceased persons).
  • Infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted films, TV, animations, games, trademarks).
  • Contains unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or solicitations.
  • Shares personal information of others without consent.
  • Discloses confidential information.
  • Endangers or exploits children or includes inappropriate content involving minors.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Includes explicit sexual material or non-consensual intimate depictions.
  • Constitutes a deepfake that could cause harm or is not clearly disclosed as AI-generated.
  • Is otherwise inappropriate, disruptive, or poses risk to us or others (in our sole reasonable judgment).

5. Payments and Billing

skills.video offers a free and paid Service. Details and pricing are available at [insert a link].

5.1 Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime via account settings. No refunds for partial periods.

5.2 Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice (or at your next renewal for existing subscribers).

5.4 Billing Communications

We may contact you regarding billing via email or notifications.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold skills.video harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content or violation of these Terms.

These Terms apply until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations, effective immediately. Upon termination for your violation, no refunds will be issued, and you remain liable for fees already incurred (to the extent permitted by law).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, skills.video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

skills.video reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
